I am 4lbs lighter this week, wooohoooo!
That brings my total to 23lbs in 3 weeks :)

I watched the blaines low carb last night and they had a recipe for shrimp, you boil it for one minute in boiling water mixed with two tbs crab boil after one minute remove it from the heat and when the shrimp float and are pink then you take them out and season them with more crab boil seasoning. Its sort of like cajun shrimp. Looked great. He dipped them in butter, but you could use the spray butter too.
