Yesterday I did Water Aerobics with Pam. What a workout. My legs were hurting ten minutes into it, and we still had another 50 minutes to go. I really felt like I burned some GOOD CALORIES, I cant wait to go again on Saturday!
I am still on track with eating good, and drinking plenty of water. I am super excited about Sundays weigh in. I am planning on going to Snap Fitness today for a good cardio workout.

It looks like your both getting to know what works for you!!! Great Job. I wanted to go to water aerobics Saturday but Josh said no. I have to go the game. Just kidding, Did you see the pics on my blog?
