DAY 3 OF MY JOURNEY OF A HEALTHIER LIFE!
Yesterday went great. I did my 6 small meals, and had a bundle of water. I walked in the morning with Jaiden and Teagan, and then when Josh got out of bed I went and worked out for 45 minutes at Snap Fitness. Yesterday Daisha had soccer practice and getting all the kids over there with a bag of toys for Teagan and Jaiden is a work out, BIG TIME! Teagan always wants me to carry him, so I am carrying Teagan, a bag of toys and a fold up lawn chair, By the time I get there I am usually dripping sweat.
Today I have the biggest blisters on my pinky toe, and they dont feel so good.I put like a hundred bandaids on it and I will wear thick socks, hopefully that will do the trick. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to make the blisters not hurt so bad, Please let me know!

Your welcome and the blisters will go away, use some neosporin if you have any.

sorry about your pain! next week will be fine though, that will just give me motivation to go then too!
