I lost 1.8lbs this week :) I didnt work out hardly at all this week, I was sick, booohooo :(
It brings my total to 25lbs lost in 4 weeks, woohooo !

I have "netflix" online and you can watch some movies and other things instantly online. So I was curious after talking to Kari about the "biggest loser cardio workout" (that is what she had ordered off of netflix) so I found that workout and order it, and I also came across Jillian Michaels cardio kickboxing. I tried out the Cardio Kickboxing on Monday, today I am still very sore, And I mean SUPER SORE. I was sweating big time like 5 minutes into it. I recommend this to everyone.The picture above is the workout video and it is like 32 minutes long. I cant wait to try out "the biggest loser cardio workout" today.

I forgot to mention that, Yes we did get New/Used couch and loveseat. I got them off of craigslist for 100. dollars and they are in excellent shape. Are other couch we wanted to keep , so we set it out in our garage. The New/Used couch and loveseat are a very dark blue and the material is a fuzzy like micro fiber feel. I love them and you wont be able to see the kids marks that well on these couches :)

I lost 6 lbs this week, woohoo
That brings my total to 19 lbs in 14 days.
I am very determined to keep going and reach my weight loss goal.

Yesterday I did Water Aerobics with Pam. What a workout. My legs were hurting ten minutes into it, and we still had another 50 minutes to go. I really felt like I burned some GOOD CALORIES, I cant wait to go again on Saturday!
I am still on track with eating good, and drinking plenty of water. I am super excited about Sundays weigh in. I am planning on going to Snap Fitness today for a good cardio workout.

I AM 13 POUNDS LIGHTER
I am still in shock, 13 pounds.I had set myself up that I would lose about 1-3 pounds which I would have been excited about also, cause that meant what I was doing work, But I lost 13 freaking pounds, I am on top of the world right now.
GO ME!~
DAY 7, TODAY IS THE FIRST WEIGH IN,WOOHOO!
I am very nervous and excited to see my first weeks results. I will find out around 5:00 today when the Biggest Loser group Meets up. I know that I did really good. Yesterday Josh and I got a chance to go out to dinner. I was a little nervous that I was only going to be able to eat a side salad with no dressing, booorrrriiinngg! We went to Applebees in Clackamas. Applebees has a weight watchers menu and that is what I ordered off of. I got the Tilapia fish and for a side I told them no on the potatoes and instead they gave me extra veggies. The calories for that is 360, not bad. So I was very happy about what I ate. Later that night I went to the gym and burned off most of what I ate anyways.
I probably wont post everyday like I did this past week, I just wanted to let everyone know that I was still on board for the Healthier Way Of Life Journey. I will though let everyone know how I am doing a couple times a week.

Day 6, on my way to a healthier way of life!
Could not sleep for nothing last night. I ended up getting out of bed at like 5:45 this morning. I did really good yesterday with diet and exercise. I am very anxious for Sunday afternoons weigh in. Even if I didn't lose any weight I still feel better about myself and how I did this week and I think that is all that counts.
Today Daisha has a soccer game at 10:00, Then she has pictures at 11:45, Then At 2:00 I have a orientation at my gym where I work out ( showing me how to use all the equipment) and then finally me and josh have a appointment tonight with wingdom resorts(something like that) to view a 90 minute video and then tell them that we don't want there time share, just so that we can get are complimentary beach trip package for watching the video.

DAY 5, ON MY WAY TO A HEALTHIER WAY OF LIFE!
Yesterday went great. I didn't really do any exercises, because I really want my blisters to heal. I did eat really good. Hopefully today I will get back to the gym. I took B Complex yesterday morning, and it left a funny taste in my mouth and I made josh and kids mac and cheese and little hot dogs yesterday and it smelled funny to me and that's when i realized that a lot of food smelled funny to me, so i was thinking that maybe the B Complex is telling me not to eat that food, I don't know,lol!!

DAY 4 ON MY WAY TO HEALTHIER WAY OF LIFE!
WOOHOOOOOOO!
This morning I put on a pair of jeans that I always wear, but are a little bit snug around the waste.Well when I got them on they fit just perfect, NO more snug.I know I know that its only day 4 into my healthier way of life, but you got to understand that before I started this, we ate out at fast food everyday, I drank soda, beer and fatty juices everyday.Now I only eat healthy healthy foods and I only drink water, Oh and a couple cups of coffee in the morning.WOOHOO GO ME!
Other than my exciting jeans news, My blister are a little better today, but I think I should take it easy another day so I don't irritate my blisters again.

DAY 3 OF MY JOURNEY OF A HEALTHIER LIFE!
Yesterday went great. I did my 6 small meals, and had a bundle of water. I walked in the morning with Jaiden and Teagan, and then when Josh got out of bed I went and worked out for 45 minutes at Snap Fitness. Yesterday Daisha had soccer practice and getting all the kids over there with a bag of toys for Teagan and Jaiden is a work out, BIG TIME! Teagan always wants me to carry him, so I am carrying Teagan, a bag of toys and a fold up lawn chair, By the time I get there I am usually dripping sweat.
Today I have the biggest blisters on my pinky toe, and they dont feel so good.I put like a hundred bandaids on it and I will wear thick socks, hopefully that will do the trick. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to make the blisters not hurt so bad, Please let me know!
