DAY TWO OF A HEALTHIER WAY OF LIFE-
Yesterday was my first official day of being healthy, and I think that it went great. I had six small meals yesterday and had about 7 water bottles. I got up early in the morning yesterday and went for a speed walk, And then I went and signed up at Snap Fitness and I start working out there today at noon for one hour. I am going to hopefully be doing curves with Trisha a couple days a week, I need to workout the babysitter thing first.Also I am super excited about water aerobics soon with Pam.
Last night was the first night of not giving Teagan a bottle. I am now second guessing that it wasn't the right time. He got up last night like 5 times and refused to go back to bed without a bottle. So I didn't have a good night sleep last night and I really could use all the sleep I can get, because of my new workout schedule. I know the right thing is to just stick with it and NOT give in to Teagan. If I have to change then so does everyone else and there bad habits. I got him a sippy cup this morning instead of a bottle and he seemed to like it. I got my fingers crossed.
