DAY TWO OF A HEALTHIER WAY OF LIFE-
Yesterday was my first official day of being healthy, and I think that it went great. I had six small meals yesterday and had about 7 water bottles. I got up early in the morning yesterday and went for a speed walk, And then I went and signed up at Snap Fitness and I start working out there today at noon for one hour. I am going to hopefully be doing curves with Trisha a couple days a week, I need to workout the babysitter thing first.Also I am super excited about water aerobics soon with Pam.
Last night was the first night of not giving Teagan a bottle. I am now second guessing that it wasn't the right time. He got up last night like 5 times and refused to go back to bed without a bottle. So I didn't have a good night sleep last night and I really could use all the sleep I can get, because of my new workout schedule. I know the right thing is to just stick with it and NOT give in to Teagan. If I have to change then so does everyone else and there bad habits. I got him a sippy cup this morning instead of a bottle and he seemed to like it. I got my fingers crossed.

Yes, That's right I am on my way to a healthier way of life, and I am very excited about this GREAT journey ahead of me. I am SUPER EXCITED that Kathy, Pam and Steve are a part of Canby's Biggest Loser also, it makes me more motivated to lose weight and to have them be on the same journey path I am. Soon Pam and I will join a water aerobics class, either here in Canby or in Sherwood. I will also be joining Snap Fitness. I am asking for all the support and encouragement I can get from family and friends, My weight loss will benefit me AND all my family and friends as well.

The picture above is the nasty injury I got when the raft that I was in and 6 others flipped over @ oak springs (@ maupin deschuttes they name there big class waterfall/shoots that you go down)The picture below is the spot where it happened.Everyone was okay, I was the one with the worst injury. Right after we flipped over in the raft, My shin got slammed into a jagged rock, which caused me to have a puncture wound and a very tender bruised SWOLLEN shin, OUCH!!

Other than the accident we had, it was a BLAST of a trip, and just for the record, YES I am planning on still rafting again. Like we all said you just learn from your rafting mistakes and just do it better next time.
We had two rafts this trip and I was on the other one snapping these random photos.

I hope that my brother Adam, Ross and Tim had a good birthday rafting. I know that Me and Josh had a blast. They have photographers that snap pictures of each waterfall/shoot that we go down and you can purchase them, So as soon as i get the pictures of all of the adventures we had on the rafting trip I will post them.

There was one other crash that both the rafting boats we had crashed together and there was a total of 16 of us that were knocked out of the boat also, but that crash was really just humorous than anything and I cant wait to get the pictures of that one,lol!!

These pictures of the girls are from there winter recital. Daisha and Jaiden were dancers for Maralees school of dance. They had many other recitals and I will post some later of there other recital pictures from the summer~



I always did the girls hair for the recitals, this hairdo was for the christmas recital (daisha was the same).

The first picture on top is Teagan Dakota Lee, Teagan is now 19 months old.Teagan is a HANDFULL he is always keeping me busy. Teagans new thing now is to strip down naked and show everyone in the house his naked body.The first couple of times he did it, it was really cute, but now its just annoying that I have to wonder throughout the house and wonder what happen to his diaper and clothes and get him put back together. Teagan is learning new words everyday, so me and josh have to REALLY watch are language around him,lol!!

Jaiden Jo Lee ( picture above this writing) Jaiden is 4 years old.

Jaiden is the "princess" of the family ( so she thinks). Jaiden is learning preschool this year and she loves to learn. Jaiden is my "easy" child she doesnt require much, if you know what i mean! she is sooo full of life and has the BEST IMAGINATION EVER.

Daisha is a stong headed young lady (just like her mommy). Daisha is are sporty girl, she just started soccer , woo hoo!!! Daisha is very out going, she can make friends no problem at all.

This was Taken on 9/2/08 first day of school, YAY!! Daisha loved her first day of school, She was full of things to tell me when she got home. I took Daisha to school on her first day, but I told her that she would have to take the bus after today, and that did not go over very well with her. That night I tried everything to get her to take the bus the next day and she just was refusing. So today on 9/3/08 we got up and got dressed and I told Daisha that I am not going to take her to school and that she needs to ride the bus. After listening to her cry for about 30 minutes over it, I drug her butt outside and the minute I got her out there she saw a bunch of her school friends waiting for the bus and she was over it , and she said "see you later mom" and got on the bus with her friends.

It has been a long time since we have updated our post, Sorry!
Over labor day weekend we went to my Uncle Bernie's beach house in Manzanita. The first day we got there we just hung around the house for a bit and ate some really yummy fajita'. After we were done eating we had decided to go to the beach real fast and let the kids run off some of there energy.We got there at a realy good time, the sun was just coming down!

The next day we headed off to Seaside for the day. When we got there we walked around for awhile and looked at all of the neat shops, And let the kids get one thing each. After shopping all of us really wanted to rent one of those really neat family bikes that you see everyone pedaling around downtown seaside. So we went over there and rented one for one hour (20 dollars an hour not bad).After about 10 minutes of pedaling I looked over at josh and said "Has it been an hour yet because my legs are KILLING me", Josh Said " yeah we are going to feel this tomorrow",LOL!!
Though it was a lot of work pedaling around, it was worth it!
After we were done with the bike, we headed off to the beach. We ended up on a stretch of beach where you can drive your vehicle on the beach, a lot of fun! The weather that day turned out really nice so we were able to let the kids jump around in the water. Of course Jaiden biffed it big time, she went face first in the water and sand and came up with a mouth full. Teagan after waking up from his nap in the car, went right to the water and did the same thing Jaiden did, And also came up with a mouth full of water and sand, YUCK!!

Are beach trip turned out to be a BLAST, And we are so happy that we had decided to go!
